Assist the General Manager in daily store operations: open/close store, supervise and train staff, manage inventory and cash, perform lube services, ensure customer satisfaction, enforce policies and safety, and manage the store in the GM's absence to hit sales and KPI targets.

Conduct thorough HSSE investigations into incidents, collect and analyze evidence, identify root causes, prepare reports with corrective actions, ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, implement safety improvements, track incident trends, and provide training and coaching to operations and leadership.
