Jiffy Lube Benefits Overview

Assistant General Manager supports daily Jiffy Lube store operations, including opening and closing, cash handling, inventory, scheduling, recruiting, coaching, customer service, safety compliance, and lube services. The role assumes full operational responsibility when the General Manager is absent and helps drive sales, team performance, and guest satisfaction.

Conduct thorough HSSE investigations into incidents, collect and analyze evidence, identify root causes, prepare reports with corrective actions, ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, implement safety improvements, track incident trends, and provide training and coaching to operations and leadership.
