Jensen Infrastructure Benefits Overview

Lead the supply chain function for a manufacturing facility, overseeing purchasing, inventory, production scheduling, fulfillment, ERP processes, sourcing, vendor management, and project coordination. Partner with cross-functional plant leaders to align demand and capacity, improve delivery and inventory performance, implement lean practices, and manage KPIs. Build and develop teams across purchasing, scheduling, project management, and related supply chain functions.

Supports continuous improvement and Lean initiatives at a manufacturing plant. Reviews productivity, partners with operations on performance and training action plans, coordinates audit follow-ups, analyzes production data, tracks plant KPIs, and helps implement improvement ideas through visual management boards and events.

Develop new customers and grow sales across Jensen Infrastructure’s product lines. Create customer solutions, manage account and territory sales plans, maintain CRM documentation, gather customer feedback, build long-term relationships, manage channel partners, and participate in customer entertainment, trade shows, and seminars. The role requires at least five years of relevant sales experience and preferably experience in precast concrete, construction, or building materials.
