Jensen Infrastructure Benefits Overview

Develops and implements continuous improvement initiatives at a precast concrete manufacturing plant. Reviews productivity, analyzes production data and KPIs, facilitates Lean and Six Sigma projects, identifies workflow improvements, drives cost savings, coordinates audit follow-up actions, and implements employee suggestion systems. The role collaborates with plant leaders and employees to improve operational consistency, performance, and long-term growth.

Coordinate customer projects from initial lead through payment and closeout. Responsibilities include verifying product specifications and contracts, preparing bills of materials, coordinating with manufacturing, inventory, planning, and purchasing teams, communicating delivery updates and order changes, and supporting multiple product lines while maintaining strong customer service.

Performs final finishing, repairs, and modifications to infrastructure products using production drawings and quality standards. Measures materials accurately, inspects products for quality, and maintains a safe, clean work environment. Collaborates with quality control, production, and yard teams in indoor and outdoor settings.
