ISC (Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC) Benefits Overview

Provides Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for office and remote users. Responsibilities include ticket triage, hardware and software troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory and Azure AD provisioning, Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop support, permissions management, endpoint deployment, patching, documentation, and process improvement. The role also mentors Level 1 technicians and collaborates on infrastructure projects and escalations.

Manage accounts receivable activities, including posting incoming cash, invoicing, direct billing, collections, dispute resolution, account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting. The role maintains accurate financial records and accounting controls, supports internal and external teams, and identifies process improvements. Candidates must work onsite in Carlsbad initially, then transition to a hybrid schedule.

Provides clerical and administrative support to claims adjusters, including setting up and coding claims, processing mail and payments, answering calls, managing contacts, preparing correspondence, handling claim files, and completing basic reports. The role is fully onsite in Carlsbad five days per week and requires customer service experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to learn claims software.
