iSAM Benefits Overview

Architect, build and operate low-latency distributed trading systems (market data, order routing, execution, risk, messaging). Drive technical direction, improve systems and engineering processes, reason about latency across network/hardware/OS/language layers, and deliver large cross-team efforts to meet demanding latency targets.

Design, develop, deploy and support the iSAM Vector systematic trading platform across the full trading lifecycle (market data ingestion, signal computation, portfolio/position management, order generation, execution, trade capture). Collaborate with Research, Quant Development and Execution teams, deliver enhancements, support production systems on a rota, and contribute to platform architecture and reliability.

Serve as first-line client contact and operational owner for algorithmic trading: monitor and optimize strategies, manage connectivity and internal systems, lead client communications during incidents, ensure trading adheres to risk and compliance limits, and work with sales and clients to translate needs into strategy requirements. Shift work includes weekends plus three weekdays.
