Provides financial and operational support for a refinery and supply business. Responsibilities include financial statement preparation, performance analysis, KPI scorecards, stewardship and P&L reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, business case development, and ad hoc reporting. The role partners with operating teams to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities while supporting continuous process improvement.

Supports turnaround procurement by sourcing maintenance materials and services, preparing RFQs and purchase orders, onboarding suppliers, participating in commercial meetings, coordinating logistics, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet refinery maintenance deadlines.

Supports wholesale and specialty sales operations through supply chain and compliance documentation, process improvement, supply planning, reporting, data analysis, presentations, and customer support. The role collaborates with internal teams and contributes to projects improving operational efficiency, accuracy, contract management, compliance, and decision-making.
