Manages distributor relationships and sales performance across the Pacific Northwest. The role also provides after-hours technical support and mentors engineers-in-training and apprentices.

Coordinates day-to-day HR programs for a manufacturing site, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance and performance management, supervisor coaching, immigration administration, HRIS maintenance, workforce reporting, policy support, and employee engagement. The role advises supervisors, investigates workplace concerns, maintains confidential records, supports compliance, and manages assigned HR priorities independently while escalating complex matters.
