Lead national Commercial Lines operations as a subject-matter expert, driving workflow standardization, process optimization, workforce planning, M&A integration, and systems optimization (EPIC). Partner with regional/divisional leaders to improve efficiency, quality, and client service, perform root-cause analysis, implement scalable solutions, and lead change initiatives to enhance operational performance across the agency.

Manage a book of personal-lines business including renewals, remarketing, invoicing, endorsements, and claims assistance. Serve as primary client contact, collaborate with underwriters and sales, monitor reports, delegate to account associates, and mentor team members to ensure service, accuracy, and performance standards.

Manage a book of bond/surety accounts: ensure retention, handle policy administration, billing, claims, renewals, client meetings, bid bonds, and underwriter relationships. Lead account team, maintain systems and AR, negotiate coverages, and deliver high-quality customer service and compliance.
