Processes high-volume accounts payable transactions, including invoice coding, three-way matching, vendor reconciliation, expense reports, payments, refunds, and 1099 processing. Communicates with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, maintains vendor documentation, supports cash and payment reporting, and completes month-end and year-end AP activities using Sage Intacct, Excel, and Word.

Leads strategic account growth and new business development across the hospitality and events industry. Builds executive relationships with hotel owners, brands, management companies, developers, and procurement organizations; manages the full sales cycle, negotiates contracts, develops pipelines, supports the Hospitality Sales team, and expands opportunities across the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, and Latin America.
