It is based in Austin with a hybrid schedule requiring two office days per week.

Leads global enterprise technology, security, data, and AI strategy. Owns enterprise architecture, SaaS platforms, governance, investment decisions, operational reliability, cybersecurity, supplier partnerships, and technology-enabled change. Partners with executives to align technology capabilities with business growth, customer value, responsible AI, and improved employee experiences. Builds high-performing teams and ensures secure, scalable, user-centered services across the organisation.

Leads transformational and brand-led change projects from initiation through completion. Manages plans, budgets, resources, governance, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. Coordinates workstreams across brand, technology, people, and process, while supporting communication, change adoption, quality delivery, and continuous improvement.
