Responsibilities include extracting story hooks, writing short-form scripts and deleted scenes, briefing AI-powered designers, managing paid creative production, monitoring trends, developing audience personas, partnering with screenwriters, and using performance data and A/B testing to optimize user acquisition campaigns.

Drive engagement and growth across in-app book communities by designing initiatives, campaigns, virtual events, and discussion strategies. Coordinate community moderators, content calendars, messaging, and push notifications while recruiting super users and representing brand voices. Monitor engagement metrics and community feedback to refine strategies, increase participation, and improve retention. Collaborate across CRM, in-app, and social channels to promote community activities and upcoming stories.

Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of paid user acquisition channels. Design and analyze experiments to find scalable growth levers, build and optimize campaigns for acquisition and revenue, partner cross-functionally, and develop repeatable testing frameworks and playbooks to drive long-term growth.
