Leads and develops a team of 10–15 Provider Liaisons responsible for referral growth, provider engagement, patient conversion, account management, and new center launches. Oversees referral pipelines, KPIs, outreach strategies, service recovery, and cross-functional coordination with intake, scheduling, authorization, operations, and clinical teams. Uses CRM and reporting tools to identify stalled referrals, improve workflows, and drive accountability and market expansion.

Conducts outbound and inbound phone communications with healthcare providers and medical offices, builds referral relationships, connects with provider networks, and supports efficient referral processing. Maintains CRM records, follows up persistently, and represents the company professionally while collaborating with internal teams to grow patient referrals.

Provides clinical leadership and oversees daily operations across multiple ambulatory infusion centers. Manages multidisciplinary clinical teams, staffing, performance, training, workflows, compliance, quality initiatives, audits, and patient safety. Collaborates with the Medical Director and referring providers on care plans, treatment protocols, escalated patient issues, and documentation. Conducts regular clinic visits, supports regulatory surveys, analyzes performance metrics, and occasionally delivers direct patient care. Requires an active California Nurse Practitioner license and infusion-related clinical expertise.

Own day-to-day cybersecurity, identity and access hygiene, compliance readiness, and infrastructure security across a multi-site healthcare environment. Administer Microsoft security tools, MFA, Conditional Access, SIEM, email protection, patching, backups, firewalls, and network controls. Lead SOC 2 evidence collection, security reporting, remediation tracking, third-party access reviews, and audit preparation. Direct and verify outsourced IT and offshore resources, enforce SLAs, supervise network work, and communicate risks to nontechnical leaders.

Supports the payer and IPA contracting lifecycle by coordinating contract requests, amendments, renewals, documentation, signatures, and implementation. Maintains contract records, trackers, deadlines, fee schedules, and payer-required materials. Coordinates with credentialing, finance, legal, revenue cycle, and operations teams; follows up with California IPAs, medical groups, and health plans; assists with resolving reimbursement and payer setup issues; prepares reports; and supports audits and workflow improvements.

Manage the full lifecycle of payer, IPA, and medical group contracts, including evaluation, negotiation, implementation, renewal, and performance monitoring. Analyze reimbursement rates and financial terms, develop models, support underpayment and claims issue resolution, and translate contract requirements into operational workflows. Partner with Finance, Revenue Cycle, Legal, Operations, Credentialing, and Business Development while monitoring California managed care trends and supporting expansion into new markets and service lines.
