Ensures auditability, DoD compliance, reconciliation, performance, and traceability across asset accounting systems. Guides development, testing, DevSecOps, Agile/SAFe adoption, and audit readiness.

Manages the full federal IT proposal lifecycle, including capture strategy, team coordination, compliance, content development, scheduling, risk management, bid/no-bid analysis, and submission deadlines. Supports business development through federal market research, CRM opportunity tracking, agency engagement, partnerships, and growth planning. Requires extensive Federal Government contracting, proposal writing, procurement strategy, and leadership experience.
