Direct and manage environmental, health, safety, and security compliance for terminal operations. Responsibilities include regulatory monitoring, inspections, recordkeeping, reporting, policy development, hazard analysis, incident investigations, corrective actions, employee training, agency liaison activities, and EHS management system administration. The role supports operational and engineering teams, requires facility and marine-terminal work, and includes occasional travel, emergency availability, and physical work in challenging environments.

Safely load and unload tank cars and trucks, blow pipelines, and support terminal operations in a 24/7 hazardous-materials environment. The role requires working rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while handling chemicals, high pressures, heights, uneven terrain, hoses, ladders, and PPE or respirators. Occasional travel may be required.

Provides electrical and instrumentation engineering support for a petrochemical terminal: manages technical documentation, leads capital projects (estimating, specification, bidding, commissioning), supports maintenance and DCS/PLC/HMI systems, participates in safety and risk programs, and represents the facility with customers and agencies. Requires site work, occasional travel, and driving a company vehicle.
