Immuta covers 100% of dental insurance premiums for employees and their dependents.
Disability insurance
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Our FSA is a pre-tax benefit that allows our employees to pay for eligible dental and vision care expenses with contributions of up to $3,200 annually. We also offer a Dependent Care FSA.
Health insurance
Immuta's health insurance plan is through BCBS, and we cover 100% of our employee's (and their dependents) premium costs. We also assist with deductible costs through an employer-funded HRA.
Life insurance
Immuta provides all of its employees Basic Life Insurance and AD&D coverage. Employees can also elect to participate in additional coverage programs such as supplemental policies.
