Responsibilities include coaching, mentoring, roadmap ownership, stakeholder management, performance measurement, and representing data engineering with senior leadership. The role requires technical credibility across cloud platforms, data warehouses, orchestration, modeling, pipelines, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD.

Develop and maintain customer-facing analytical reporting, data pipelines, and data models. Develop cyber workforce resilience strategies, assess organizational risk, recommend security improvements, and operationalize the Immersive One platform. Partner with sales, product, content, engineering, and customer success teams while maintaining trusted relationships with executive and technical stakeholders.

Develops offensive-security labs, challenges, ranges, and learning content for a cyber resilience platform. Researches vulnerabilities, tools, red-team tactics, and AI-driven attacks; tests lab functionality; translates technical findings for technical and non-technical audiences; and collaborates with Product teams on platform innovation.

The Cyber Resilience Advisor partners with enterprise customers to enhance cybersecurity capabilities through the Immersive platform, focusing on strategic resilience initiatives, engagement with stakeholders, and delivering insights and reports.

Own and grow relationships with federal System Integrators and Civilian agencies. Win net-new logos, expand account presence, coordinate with marketing, pre-sales, channel partners and Customer Success to identify upsell opportunities, and represent Immersive at industry events.
