ID Plans Benefits Overview

The Controller leads accounting operations, financial close, general ledger, payroll, SaaS revenue recognition, billing, and financial reporting. The role maintains internal controls, ensures GAAP compliance, leads audits, develops financial insights, manages the accounting team, and improves accounting systems and processes. The Controller also supports due diligence, M&A, private equity transactions, and organizational scalability.

Manages onboarding, training, support, adoption, retention, and relationships for SaaS and enterprise software clients. Conducts check-ins and QBRs, troubleshoots issues, demonstrates product value and ROI, gathers client feedback, and collaborates with Product, Sales, and Operations. Identifies account expansion opportunities while advocating for clients and improving satisfaction, product usage, retention, and NPS.
