Build financial models, dashboards, reports, and analyses for forecasting, budgeting, resource allocation, profitability, and management reporting. Maintain time-tracking and allocation data flows, improve data quality and controls, automate manual processes, and partner cross-functionally to resolve data issues and deliver scalable planning solutions. The role also explores AI and emerging technologies to improve finance workflows.

Plan and execute events from concept through completion, managing venues, vendors, catering, logistics, budgets, registration, timelines, presentations, digital assets, and stakeholder updates. Provide onsite support, troubleshoot issues, conduct post-event debriefs, analyze outcomes, and apply learnings. The role also supports vendor sourcing and relationship management while using event, CRM, productivity, and design tools to improve attendee experiences and event processes.

Support high-volume philanthropic grants programs for family office clients by maintaining grant records, preparing and executing agreements, coordinating with grantees and service providers, managing documentation, updating workflows, and providing administrative and client relationship support. The role also trains junior staff, responds to process inquiries, and assists with additional client projects and internal team processes.
