Manage day-to-day lettings across Bracknell, including rental valuations, landlord instructions, property viewings, offer negotiation, tenancy progression, marketing, and landlord and tenant relationships. Support self-employed agents with lettings guidance, supervise two Property Managers, coordinate priorities, and escalate compliance or operational issues when necessary. The role requires independent organization, local property travel, customer service, and knowledge of lettings compliance.
