HYCU Benefits Overview

Own and grow a portfolio of commercial and enterprise customers through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Build account plans, manage renewal cycles, identify expansion opportunities, maintain accurate Salesforce and Clari forecasts, conduct business reviews, negotiate with stakeholders, and present solutions. Partner with Customer Success, Support, Product, Marketing, Engineering, resellers, and strategic alliances to drive retention, recurring revenue growth, and customer value.

Serve as a technical customer advocate to drive adoption, architect solutions, troubleshoot cloud/data-protection issues, increase consumption and renewals, collaborate cross-functionally, and be an SME for HYCU enterprise and public cloud products.

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, endpoints, networking equipment, operating systems, applications, firmware, Office 365, Entra ID, SSO, and MFA. Provide end-user, audiovisual, onboarding, and offboarding support; administer office networks and equipment inventory; monitor security incidents and vulnerabilities; document systems; coordinate vendors; generate reports; and collaborate with global IT teams and business stakeholders.
