Partner with business and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities, validate measurable value, assess AI and architectural risks, and deliver supportable solutions. Document designs, dependencies, prompts, limitations, runbooks, and handoffs while contributing to exploratory engagements and recommending pivots when initiatives lack value.

Designs and maintains automated and functional tests for Salesforce applications, including OmniStudio and LWC. Develops API, regression, integration, end-to-end, and in-sprint automation using Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Playwright, SoapUI, and Postman. Integrates tests with CI/CD pipelines, analyzes failures, maintains frameworks and test environments, applies AI-assisted testing, and mentors junior QA engineers.
