Leads regional and global clinical trials from feasibility through closeout, ensuring timely, compliant, high-quality delivery within budget. Manages CROs, vendors, sites, recruitment, monitoring, documentation, TMF quality, trial budgets, KPIs, and inspection readiness. Requires oncology clinical operations expertise across APAC and Southeast Asia, with preferred US experience. The role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders and may travel up to 25% of the time.

Provide day-to-day IT support via the helpdesk, assist with employee onboarding/offboarding, build and configure laptops, manage lab computer lifecycle, maintain IT assets, update documentation, and support technology refreshes and disposals.

The intern will develop web applications and dashboards, manage clinical trial data infrastructure, utilize AI tools, and enhance data visualization for decision-making in drug development.
