The Customer Support T1 represents Hubstaff's customers, responding to requests via email, live chats, and video conferencing. An ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of customer support experience, especially in a SaaS environment, and demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a tech-savvy approach to new systems.
