Leads the Client Success organization across corporate, small, and mid-market accounts. Owns retention, renewals, expansion, client health, operational excellence, team performance, and executive reporting. Manages client success leaders and managers, oversees escalations, and partners cross-functionally on product feedback and process improvement. Develops and scales AI, automation, predictive analytics, and workflow optimization across the client lifecycle while coaching teams and driving measurable improvements in customer outcomes.

Installs, maintains, tests, and troubleshoots healthcare interfaces for surgery center clients and partners. Coordinates configuration and implementation activities with internal teams, client IT departments, and vendors; manages live interface issues and escalates development concerns. Documents installation processes, identifies workflow improvements, and supports quality assurance and application verification. Requires knowledge of healthcare integration technologies such as HL7, APIs, databases, and communications protocols, with SQL and Mirth experience preferred.
