Provide administrative support to Sales & Client Services leadership, including calendar and inbox management, bid packet and proposal preparation, site-visit coordination, travel booking, CRM data entry (Simpleview), expense and reporting workflows, vendor/payment coordination, office tasks, and cross-functional communication. Maintain data integrity, prepare meeting materials, support special projects, and serve as rotating receptionist backup.

Lead administration of State of Texas event reimbursement programs (ETF, MERP) and manage end-to-end compliance, reporting, and audit support. Provide enterprise analytics, BI dashboards, financial analysis, vendor program support, and strategic commercial recommendations to drive revenue and operational efficiency across departments.
