Own and execute full marketing strategy for Hostinger Mail as its CMO: define positioning, GTM, channel mix, pricing input, and growth targets. Lead cross-functional marketing team, run data-driven experiments across paid, organic, influencer, affiliate, and product-led channels, partner with Product on roadmap and launches, and report KPIs like CAC, LTV, and payback to leadership.

Lead marketing analytics strategy and execution: build and manage a high-performing analytics team, translate complex data into growth opportunities, partner with channel and product marketing leaders, prioritize analytics backlog, and iterate on team setup and tooling (including AI). Ensure data-driven decision making across multi-channel marketing (affiliates, influencers, PPC, SEO).

Execute and optimize organic growth initiatives across SEO, content, YouTube and localization. Run end-to-end growth experiments, analyze performance (Tableau, GSC, Ahrefs), identify high-impact opportunities, improve organic funnels and conversion rates, and document learnings to scale repeatable organic growth.
