Hoosier Energy Benefits Overview

Oversees and optimizes Linux, Windows, SCADA, and Energy Management System infrastructure within an operational technology network. Leads patch management, system upgrades, lifecycle planning, cybersecurity, and NERC/Regional Reliability Standards compliance for the System Control Center. Supports critical control center applications, servers, workstations, networks, and peripherals while coordinating with IT and Compliance teams. Coaches system administrators and resolves complex infrastructure and security issues.

Manages centralized contract management, including contract formation, negotiation, execution, administration, supplier assessments, and compliance. Oversees purchasing agreements, vendor cyber-risk requirements, supplier spend reporting, contract databases, and insurance compliance. Supervises a purchasing analyst, trains purchasing agents, supports strategic supply management planning, and serves as acting department manager when needed.

Administers and secures Microsoft SQL Server databases, supports database-driven applications, and develops Power BI analytics solutions. Manages backups, recovery, performance, security, integrations, and production support. Administers the Alation data catalog and advances metadata management, data governance, stewardship, data quality, and literacy. Partners with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, improve processes, resolve complex issues, and deliver reliable, governed data services. Occasional after-hours work and travel may be required.
