401(K)
401(K) matching
Hook offers full- and part-time employees the option to contribute to a traditional 401(k) or a Roth 401(k), and Hook will match qualifying employee contributions up to a certain percentage.
Performance bonus
Every full-time employee will receive discretionary annual profit-sharing when Hook’s profit margin is above a certain percentage. Profit-sharing is distributed twice a year.

All full-time employees and their families are able to opt-in for Hook’s dental insurance plan.
Disability insurance
For all full-time permanent employees, Hook offers a voluntary short-term disability insurance option that will help cover lost wages in the event an employee cannot work due to illness or injury.

Employees have the option to choose from a traditional PPO plan or an HDHP (still PPO) accompanied by an HSA account with quarterly employer contributions.

Family medical leave
Hook provides leave according to the federal Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), which provides for unpaid, job-protected leave to covered employees in certain circumstances.
Generous parental leave
Hook provides 12 weeks of paid parental leave to regular full-time and part-time employees following the birth, adoption, or foster care placement of a child.
Fertility benefits
