Provides first-line IT support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and application issues. Provisions equipment and user accounts, manages operating systems and cloud services, administers Google Workspace, supports information security initiatives, coordinates technology rollouts, and maintains hardware procurement, asset tracking, and inventory. Delivers customer service through email, Slack, phone, and Zoom while supporting remote teams and IT projects.

Own weekly and monthly performance reporting, KPI analysis, forecasting model maintenance, ad hoc business analyses, Tableau dashboards, and planning support. The Tax Manager will manage Hometap's tax compliance and reporting, oversee partnership tax filings, handle income tax accounting for corporate entities, and communicate with investors while enhancing processes and driving audits.

The Default Servicing Specialist monitors investments for default events, communicates with homeowners, and conducts due diligence on default incidents, maintaining accuracy and compliance with regulations.

The Manager, Corporate Accounting will oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, technical accounting issues, internal controls, financial reporting, and manage a team while collaborating with cross-functional departments.
