Maintains HRCU’s networks, servers, operating systems, cloud services, databases, telecommunications, security controls, and end-user technology. Manages Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, patching, backups, disaster recovery systems, performance monitoring, vendor escalations, and IT help requests. Supports compliance and disaster recovery testing while troubleshooting hardware and software. Requires 3–5 years of related experience, an associate degree in IT or a related field, and experience with Azure and virtualized environments.
