Child Care + Parental Leave
Family medical leave
Hologram offers 14 weeks of paid leave, full benefits, & continued equity vesting for a birth or adoption. This can be taken up to 52 weeks after the event and does not have to be taken consecutively
Generous parental leave
We provide up to 14 weeks of parental leave for the primary caretaker. Hologram also provides 14 weeks of leave for the secondary caretaker.

Taking time off is one of the most important and beneficial things you can do for yourself and the company, so we have unlimited PTO. It's mandatory to take at least two full weeks off per year.

All employees may take as much time off for volunteer work as they want, so long as it doesn't impact their work.
