Design custom instrument panels by measuring customer components and creating production-ready 3D models and drawings in SOLIDWORKS. Integrate modern electronics with classic aesthetics, collaborate with teams from concept to production, support prototype development and refinement, and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes. Occasional hands-on shop collaboration and physical tasks required.

Manage and optimize Holley’s direct-to-consumer eCommerce channel by executing the product roadmap, translating business requirements into technical stories, partnering with engineering and cross-functional teams, improving customer experience and operational processes, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting digital commerce innovation.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, program, and test returned electronic fuel injection and ignition products at the component level. Interpret schematics and technical documentation, perform PCB soldering and rework, execute firmware updates, document repair findings, identify root causes, and support quality improvements while collaborating with Engineering, Production, and Customer Support.
