Develops powersports products from concept through commercialization, coordinating designers, contractors, vendors, prototypes, materials, packaging, testing, certification, documentation, and production readiness. Maintains BOMs, product specifications, costs, change requests, and development schedules. Collaborates with Portfolio, Marketing, and leadership teams, provides vendor progress reports, supports product evaluation, and ensures product integrity and compliance. The role is office-based in New Braunfels, Texas, with possible attendance at shows and events.

Manage Simpson-Powersports product strategy, market and competitor analysis, pricing recommendations, product lifecycle activities, KPI tracking, product data accuracy, cross-functional launches, stakeholder communications, and post-mortem analysis. The role supports product-line growth and inventory strategies and may involve attending industry shows and events. It is an on-site position in New Braunfels, Texas, requiring powersports knowledge and physical handling of materials.

Coordinate the monthly SIOP process across five automotive safety and racing brands. Develop statistical demand forecasts, analyze accuracy and bias, and incorporate seasonality and motorsports events. Build Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, DAX, and Power Query models and dashboards. Assess inventory risks, maintain safety stock and reorder parameters, identify material shortages, and recommend supply actions. Partner with cross-functional teams and IT to improve data integrity, forecasting standards, reporting, and ERP integration.
