Holley Benefits Overview

Provides customer service, product sales, technical support, and troubleshooting for automotive aftermarket products across Holley brands. Answers product and technical questions, assists customers through purchases, documents product or quality issues, and suggests new products. Requires automotive technical knowledge, strong communication, computer skills, and occasional travel to automotive events.

Own Holley’s tax function, including ASC 740 income tax provisions, compliance, audits, cash tax forecasting, R&D credits, sales and use tax, SOX controls, international tax, transfer pricing, and transaction support. Review external tax providers’ work, manage tax examinations, support SEC reporting, oversee tax registrations and filings, and advise Finance leadership and the Audit Committee on tax matters.

Lead the enterprise ERP transformation and establish a Transformation Management Office. Own integrated delivery across process, technology, data, change management, governance, and benefits realization. Manage executive reporting, risks, vendors, budgets, and a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts. Post-ERP, lead M&A integration and enterprise transformation initiatives.
