The role requires relationship building, business development, event facilitation, CRM usage, data-informed decision-making, and collaboration with military installations, employers, workforce organizations, and internal teams. This hybrid position is based near Fort Carson, Colorado, with travel up to 25%.

Lead and grow a local Corporate Fellowship Program site for transitioning service members. Manage participant recruitment, employer matching, cohort programming, fellowship completion, and employment outcomes. Recruit and manage employer and community partnerships, maintain program records, track performance metrics, represent the organization at military and community events, and improve program effectiveness. The role also supports sponsorship initiatives and requires relationship-building, outreach, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
