Leads workplace safety across apartment communities, construction projects, facilities, and offices. Responsibilities include injury prevention, workers’ compensation support, incident investigations, root cause analysis, OSHA compliance, safety training, inspections, audits, fire safety coordination, emergency response, contractor oversight, documentation, and corrective action tracking. The role promotes risk reduction, emergency preparedness, regulatory compliance, and a culture of safety across assigned regions.

Provide high-level administrative support to executives by managing calendars, coordinating domestic travel and events, preparing agendas and materials, tracking follow-ups, handling communications and confidential documents, supporting onboarding and expense management, and assisting with special projects and occasional support to Marketing and Centralized Operations.

Manage day-to-day property operations to meet financial and regulatory goals, foster community culture, maintain units and amenities, oversee vendors and maintenance, handle lease administration and accounts payable, pursue revenue opportunities, and support occupancy and marketing efforts.
