Lead and manage high-stakes investigations, forensic accounting engagements, and commercial disputes; advise clients and stakeholders; oversee teams and deliverables; originate work and support practice strategy, growth, and talent development within Hilco's advisory platform.

Serve as strategic HR advisor for assigned UK employee group, partnering with leaders and COEs on employee relations, performance management, talent planning, learning, wellbeing, change management, and people analytics to drive organizational effectiveness and engagement.

Support asset-based finance platform by managing investment onboarding, Security Master and data governance, maintaining portfolio data across Lakehouse/Allvue/Oxane, producing performance and investor reporting, building financial models and analyses, and driving automation, process improvements and cross-functional reporting initiatives.
