Hilco Global Benefits Overview

Gathers, reconciles, and analyzes financial data across domestic and international entities to support tax compliance and reporting. Prepares tax reporting templates, GAAP-to-tax reconciliations, tax basis balance sheets, and supporting schedules. Investigates discrepancies, coordinates with accounting and finance teams, supports federal, state, and international tax filings, reviews outsourced tax returns, and contributes to process automation and improvement initiatives.

Supports the General Counsel through corporate paralegal work and executive administration. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, managing corporate records and filings, supporting governance, M&A, compliance, KYC, subpoenas, and legal research. The role also coordinates executive meetings, communications, travel, expenses, budgets, document management, office operations, and stakeholder relationships.

Owns portfolio-level financial analytics and recurring investor reporting, including financial models, cash flow analysis, performance variance reviews, covenant monitoring, due diligence responses, and executive reporting. Partners with asset management, leadership, and investor teams while leading reporting improvements, system implementations, and other strategic initiatives.
