Designs end-to-end architectures, oversees configurations, integrations, customizations, testing, training, governance, and post-implementation support. Serves as a functional subject matter expert, translates business requirements into scalable solutions, leads fit-gap analysis and change requests, mentors teams, and drives continuous improvement. Requires extensive Oracle experience, multiple full-lifecycle implementations, public-sector grants accounting knowledge, and the ability to lead concurrent assignments.

Provides functional leadership and hands-on production support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll clients. Manages payroll processing, validation, reconciliation, corrections, issue resolution, year-end activities, regulatory updates, quarterly releases, regression testing, integrations, and process improvements. Serves as an escalation point while maintaining client relationships and coordinating with consulting teams.

Designs, develops, integrates, customizes, and supports Oracle Cloud solutions across ERP, HCM, and SCM. Performs data conversions and migrations, builds REST and SOAP integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, troubleshoots technical issues, and creates technical documentation. Collaborates with functional consultants to translate requirements into technical specifications and participates throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and development through testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
