Manage Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases across on-premises and OCI environments. Responsibilities include administration, patching, upgrades, security, performance tuning, backup and recovery, cloning, refreshes, database links, and disaster recovery using Data Guard and SQL Server availability technologies. Conduct DR testing, troubleshoot production incidents, maintain runbooks, collaborate with technical teams, and participate in on-call support.

Designs, develops, integrates, customizes, and supports Oracle Cloud solutions across ERP, HCM, and SCM. Performs data conversions and migrations, builds REST and SOAP integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, troubleshoots technical issues, and creates technical documentation. Collaborates with functional consultants to translate requirements into technical specifications and participates throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and development through testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure Oracle Cloud HCM, support implementations and upgrades, conduct user workshops, create functional designs and test cases, coordinate integrations and customizations, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-go-live support and process improvements.
