Owns commercial performance for a portfolio of UK grocery accounts, including customer planning, negotiations, promotions, range discussions, account P&Ls, forecasting, profitability, and customer relationships. The role uses category and shopper insight to grow distribution and launch products while coordinating Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Category, Technical, and NPD teams. This home-based position requires customer travel and occasional overnight stays.

Coordinate supply chain relationships for key customer accounts, monitoring orders, demand, forecasts, stock, production plans, and logistics to achieve service targets. The role identifies potential supply issues, coordinates inventory movements, supports new product introductions, prepares service reporting, investigates failures, and leads customer reviews. It requires collaboration with sales, planning, logistics, customers, and third-party logistics providers.

Coordinate customer orders, collections, and deliveries with hauliers and third-party logistics partners. Monitor order accuracy, investigate shipping issues, maintain logistics trackers, support haulage information, purchase orders and invoices, and help monitor OTIF performance.
