Owns demand planning and forecasting across customers, products, and sales channels. Leads the demand review within the monthly S&OP process, monitors forecast accuracy, analyzes trends and risks, supports product launches and scenario planning, and improves planning systems and reporting. The role requires collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to align forecasts and support production, capacity, inventory, and customer service decisions.

Lead the performance and development of Highland Spring Group’s logistics network, including third-party warehouse partnerships, costs, capacity, stock accuracy, service levels, and operational risk. Manage warehouse commissioning, transitions, customer migration, stock transfers, and systems cutovers. Oversee supplier relationships, negotiations, reporting, continuous improvement, and logistics team development while protecting customer service and OTIF performance.

Coordinate supply chain relationships for key customer accounts, monitoring orders, demand, forecasts, stock, production plans, and logistics to achieve service targets. The role identifies potential supply issues, coordinates inventory movements, supports new product introductions, prepares service reporting, investigates failures, and leads customer reviews. It requires collaboration with sales, planning, logistics, customers, and third-party logistics providers.
