Paid hospitality internship supporting sales, marketing, event planning, business administration, and event operations. Interns assist with social media, venue tours, event coordination, office projects, bookkeeping, Airtable administration, inventory, culinary preparation, and event setup and breakdown. The role requires 32–40 hours weekly, weekend and evening availability, in-person work in Greenville, South Carolina, age 21 or older, a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and strong communication and customer service skills.

Supports HR, recruiting, onboarding, background checks, confidential records, shared inboxes, and office administration across multiple hospitality businesses. Provides secondary bookkeeping support using QuickBooks, including transaction coding, receipt and invoice matching, accounts payable and receivable assistance, and vendor and customer record maintenance. Coordinates documents, deadlines, licensing tasks, supplies, mail, meetings, and event support while maintaining accurate records and professional communication.

Provide visible armed or unarmed security at events and sites, engage guests professionally, de-escalate incidents, coordinate with law enforcement, write incident reports, complete paid training, and work evenings, nights, and weekends including mandatory fall festival shifts.
