Maintain and clean the Advancement (Raiser's Edge) database, perform data synchronization and validation, produce queries/exports and ad-hoc lists, support gift processing and reporting, assist integrated systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Omatic), and document processes while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Prepare and maintain anatomical donor specimens through embalming for dissection and training. Maintain accurate records of receipt, location, issuance, and disposition of donors. Ensure legal and OSHA compliance, assist with memorial services, educational tours, and other duties supporting the Willed Body Program.
