Supports real estate legal transactions by drafting and reviewing agreements, managing legal document repositories, summarizing contracts, tracking deadlines, researching property and regulatory matters, and coordinating contract execution. Reviews title commitments, surveys, easements, covenants, and other encumbrances, collaborating with title companies, surveyors, counsel, and internal teams to resolve issues. Provides administrative support to the Associate General Counsel and maintains legal matter reporting.

Responsible for general accounting functions including month-end closing, reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports while supporting the Controller in various financial analyses.
