Haverford College Benefits Overview

Provide HR program support across professional development, benefits administration, and general HR operations. Design and deliver training, manage benefits inquiries and billing reconciliation, coordinate wellness programming and new-hire orientations, support background screening and hiring compliance, and serve as backup during high-volume hiring. Collaborate with directors and campus stakeholders to align learning with strategic goals.

Develop and implement communications plans; create clear, audience-focused messaging and content for web, newsletters, admissions, advancement, and executive communications; support media outreach; and manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships to advance enrollment, fundraising, and institutional reputation.

Support planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of on-campus, regional, virtual, and volunteer-led events; manage event logistics, marketing, communications, and reporting; maintain CRM and constituent data accuracy (Raiser's Edge, Emma, AlumniQ, Workday); provide administrative and financial support, vendor/invoice processing, inventory management; represent IAE at events and supervise student workers.
