Manages administrative and clerical support for multiple manufacturing plant locations, including payroll processing, absenteeism and crewing records, benefits and HR support, OSHA logs, employee records, job bids, grievances, wellness programs, communications, and visitor support. Coordinates employee and retiree insurance information, conducts benefits orientations, tracks wage changes and seniority, and maintains accurate payroll and personnel documentation.

Provides expert technical support and product guidance for refractory products and applications, analyzes customer needs, develops lining designs and installation methods, and collaborates on complaint investigations. Supports new product development, launches, promotions, market analysis, portfolio management, and product rationalization. Delivers training and technical presentations, attends industry events, and coordinates cross-functional projects while developing market growth strategies.

Coordinates technical project deliverables from quotation through completion, working across sales, engineering, estimators, vendors, customers, and external engineering firms. Manages specifications, drawing reviews, inspections, testing, documentation, timelines, and deadlines. Provides quoting and order-stage support and may participate in job site visits. The role requires engineering or technical education, refractory applications experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and familiarity with CAD and PMP practices.
