As a Legal Counsel, you will provide legal strategies, lead M&A negotiations, oversee compliance in product launches, and manage legal disputes, all within a banking environment.

Lead acquisition, growth, and retention of mid-market SME and business banking clients in Singapore. Build new-to-bank pipelines, develop client relationships, structure tailored financial solutions, and drive revenue. Conduct loan evaluations and credit analysis while ensuring adherence to credit policies, KYC/AML requirements, regulatory standards, sales governance, and audit remediation practices. Collaborate with Credit Risk and Operations teams to deliver strong service and maintain portfolio quality.
