GW&K Investment Management Benefits Overview

Conduct fundamental equity research on U.S. small- and mid-cap Industrials companies, analyzing financial statements, industry dynamics, management quality, valuation, and long-term growth. Identify and present investment opportunities to portfolio managers and the equity team, communicate portfolio decisions to clients and consultants, and support client presentations. Requires extensive buy-side research experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel, FactSet, Bloomberg, and AI tools.

Develops and maintains print and digital marketing content for institutional, advisory, and private wealth audiences. Creates factsheets, presentations, brochures, sales materials, investment graphics, and web and email content. Manages content through Seismic, supports quarterly updates, maintains brand assets, and partners with Compliance to meet regulations. Requires strong design, writing, project management, financial communications, and marketing technology skills.

Lead development of a centralized investment risk function covering Equity and Fixed Income. Monitor and report portfolio exposures, perform risk attribution, factor and scenario analysis, and stress testing. Build governance, risk frameworks, dashboards, and reporting; work in analytics platforms (FactSet, Axioma, Bloomberg). Partner with investment teams, Product, Legal & Compliance, IT, and senior leadership to improve risk data, controls, and reporting and support due diligence and committee oversight.
