Supervise multiple audit engagements from planning through completion, managing budgets, timelines, staff, client relationships, financial statements, disclosures, internal controls, and audit issue resolution. The role requires maintaining technical knowledge of GAAP and firm standards, training and developing audit teams, communicating with clients and leadership, and occasionally supporting forensic accounting engagements.

Supports employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, offboarding, HR records, benefits and leave support, professional licensing, compliance tracking, performance management, recognition programs, and HR systems maintenance. Coordinates across HR, IT, Office Services, employees, and leadership while maintaining confidential records, responding to employee questions, monitoring deadlines, and improving HR processes.

Performs client accounting services, including reconciliations, accounts payable, general ledger maintenance, financial statement preparation, compliance reporting, tax-support coordination, discrepancy resolution, and accounting research. The role also supports accounting system improvements, communicates with clients and third parties, and may train or manage staff.
