It requires customer service, CRM, telecom product knowledge, organization, problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Provisions, configures, activates, tests, and troubleshoots telecom network services across IP, transport, and voice domains. Installs customer and network equipment, performs service turn-ups, supports fault resolution, handles cabling and remote hands at facilities, documents work in ticketing or OSS systems, and participates in on-call support. The role requires foundational telecom or network operations experience, technical troubleshooting skills, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for after-hours and weekend work.

Provides technical leadership throughout the telecommunications sales cycle. Translates customer needs into network and service solutions, designs fiber, internet, Ethernet, voice, TV, and managed security offerings, supports feasibility analysis and pricing, prepares technical proposals, and ensures accurate handoff to provisioning and operations. The role collaborates with sales, engineering, NOC, and field teams while presenting technical concepts to customers and improving solution documentation and order quality.
