Lead sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and closing small-to-mid market multifamily and mixed-use acquisitions in NYC. Build local operating presence, coordinate asset onboarding and property operations, ensure compliance with NYC housing laws, manage vendors and resident services, oversee inspections, budgets, and reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally with acquisitions, legal, finance, construction, and technology teams.

Lead ownership of Groma's on‑chain stack: design, build, deploy, and maintain smart contracts on EVM networks and integrate them with backend (Django/Python, Postgres, Google Cloud) and frontend (React/TypeScript). Act as the first full‑time blockchain hire, work cross‑functionally with stakeholders, and guide technical direction while moving quickly in a startup environment.
