Owns end-to-end multi-state payroll processing for a national workforce, ensuring accurate and timely payments and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Responsibilities include payroll audits, timekeeping reconciliation, payroll accounting entries, accruals, GL reconciliations, employee support, ACA and W-2 reporting, audit support, and payroll system improvements. Partners with HR, Finance, and Operations in a hybrid Miami-based role.
