Build and oversee GBMS’s healthcare compliance, privacy, and regulatory program. Lead HRSA and FTCA readiness, Joint Commission accreditation support, 340B and UDS monitoring, Medicare and Medicaid compliance, licensure, audits, investigations, incident response, HIPAA privacy and security, corrective actions, and quarterly reporting to executive leadership and the board.

Leads enterprise-wide strategic initiatives for a Federally Qualified Health Center, coordinating high-priority projects, strategic planning, executive communications, operational reporting, and cross-functional accountability. Supports healthcare policy advocacy, community engagement, partnerships, organizational growth, clinic expansion, and process improvement. Prepares leadership and Board materials, tracks strategic goals, facilitates meetings, and coordinates work across clinical, operational, financial, and administrative departments.

Manage the administrative and programmatic execution of Title X, Ryan White, and 3x3 grant portfolios. Track milestones, deliverables, expenditures, budgets, data, and required reports while collaborating with Finance, Compliance, clinical, and outreach teams. Support audits, community engagement initiatives, impact measurement, funding research, renewals, and new grant proposals. The role requires strong organization, communication, healthcare knowledge, financial literacy, and grant-management skills across multiple health center locations.

Provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and Board of Directors. Manages complex calendars, travel logistics, correspondence, expenses, filing systems, meeting materials, board records, events, action items, and executive workflows. Serves as a professional first point of contact while handling sensitive organizational and health center information with discretion. Coordinates board meetings, retreats, presentations, virtual meeting technology, and cross-location administrative needs.

Leads clinical site operations, patient access, workflow efficiency, staffing, onboarding, quality improvement, infection control, regulatory readiness, grant implementation, budgets, and KPI performance. Supervises clinical support and front-office teams while coordinating multidisciplinary services across primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy. Requires an active clinical credential and healthcare operations leadership experience, preferably in a multi-site health center or FQHC environment.

Administers biweekly payroll, employee records, time and leave policies, garnishments, reporting, HRIS controls, and system upgrades. Manages benefits enrollments, terminations, open enrollment, carrier feeds, invoices, audits, disability claims, qualifying life events, FMLA coordination, and COBRA. Serves as the ADP Workforce Now subject matter expert, partners with HR, Finance, brokers, vendors, and insurance carriers, and supports compliance reporting and benefits communications.

Supports the COO and Director of Patient Services with multi-site healthcare operations, inventory and vendor coordination, training logistics, SOP documentation, front-desk workflow improvement, meeting administration, and operational data tracking. The role monitors supplies, training compliance, patient-service metrics, and initiative milestones across clinic locations while coordinating with leadership, vendors, site managers, and frontline staff.

Provides nutrition counseling, diet therapy, breastfeeding education, nutritional risk assessments, food package prescriptions, referrals, outreach, and group education for WIC participants and community residents. Develops nutrition materials, trains staff, conducts assessments, maintains records, participates in surveys, and prepares reports. The role requires floating between Greater Baden Medical Services locations in Capitol Heights and Brandywine.

Leads the organization-wide HR strategy for a nine-site federally qualified health center. Oversees employee relations, investigations, accommodations, compliance, performance and compensation programs, workforce planning, onboarding, and HR operations. Builds and develops the HR team while coaching clinical and operational leaders to manage employee issues independently. Partners with executive leadership on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, risk management, and leadership development.
