Manage a varied portfolio of trust tax clients, deliver tax compliance and advisory work, participate in client meetings, answer queries, meet deadlines, and support senior management. The role also includes developing junior team members, advising on trust changes, tax-efficient payments, inheritance tax planning, and building relationships across the wider tax network.

Set and own Advisory GTM strategy, translate service-line priorities into local and firmwide GTM plans, own local campaign activation, maintain disciplined pipeline and CRM data, drive partner engagement, and lead AI adoption for GTM tools and governance.

Leads client engagements focused on carve-out due diligence and execution, merger integration, operating model design, cost reduction, revenue growth, and other value creation initiatives. Responsibilities include complex analysis, client meetings, deliverables, commercial and risk management, proposal development, business development, team leadership, mentoring, and internal practice initiatives. The role requires strong project or change management, communication, analytical, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills, with UK and international travel.
