Frequently Asked Questions

Inclusive Hiring Practices

At Gradient, we prioritize inclusive and equitable hiring by partnering closely with our hiring teams to implement standardized scorecards, clearly defined focus areas, and interview bias training.

We also leverage platforms like InHerSight to expand visibility of our roles and attract candidates from underrepresented backgrounds. While we’ve made meaningful progress, we continue to evolve and look for new ways to strengthen our approach.

Belonging & Workplace Inclusion

At Gradient, we foster a strong sense of belonging and inclusion through employee-led ERGs and cultural interest groups. Our Women at Gradient group meets quarterly, creating space for meaningful connections, shared experiences, and ongoing learning.

Beyond that, we build community through company-wide activities like March Madness and NFL playoff brackets, along with Slack channels where employees can connect over their adventures, pets, and interests outside of work.
